Parent Information

Health Policy:

For the safety and well being of all children MGA's health policy will be strictly enforced. Please do not bring sick children to the gym. If your child has any health concerns please contact the front desk.

Make-up Classes:

If your child misses a class you may schedule a make-up. All make-ups must be scheduled within a month of the missed class. If there is no room available in a different class, you may make-up during Open Gym (ages 6 and up). All make-ups must be scheduled in advance to avoid class overcrowding.

Gymnastics Attire:

For girls, the preferred attire is a leotard. Shorts and t-shirts are allowed, however, NO denim, zippers, buttons, or snaps. For your daughter’s safety, hair MUST be pulled back. SOCKS ARE REQUIRED!
NO: bobby pins, large barrettes, loose head bands, jewelry, gum.

Our tuition is based off of a yearly rate (September-May) and split into 9 even monthly payments.  Tuition will be due on the 1st of the month--reminder emails will be sent out a week prior to payments due.  A $30.00 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not paid by your child’s first class. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ABSENCES OR WITHDRAWALS. Siblings will be given a 10% discount off of the least expensive class. All referrals that join will receive a $10 credit.

Observation Area:

The balcony is the only observation area. NO ONE is permitted on the gym floor unless part of the Parent and Tot class and with a signed waiver. For the safety of our children and insurance purposes there will be a strict adherence to this policy. Please be respectful and notify the office if you need your child for any reason. Observers are welcome at any time. Noise travels down from the balcony area--soft voices are appreciated. We greatly appreciate your help in keeping the Observation Area clean. Kindly remove all your trash before leaving.

Class Registration:

Your child's registration and space in a class is guaranteed from September through May.  We ask for two weeks written notice prior to the date you intend to withdraw.  Notices will be posted in the gym to remind you that it is time to sign up for Summer Sessions. Please do not assume that your child has a space guaranteed in a class.

Family Discounts:

Families with more than one student in the program will receive a discount of 10% on the 2nd family member and thereafter. Higher priced classes will be charged at full price.

Inclement Weather & Closings:

Closing information will be posted on our facebook page.

*During inclement weather, parents are asked to stay at the gym with their child as we may have to close early.

Drop Off and Pick-Up:

If you do not stay during your child's class please make sure we have an emergency contact number. Pick-ups must be on time. If you have an emergency and are going to be late, please call 330-723-6422. If it is necessary for a coach to stay with your child--there will be a fee charged for their time.
